PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS
An Initial Exam is required to access these services.
-
Initial In-Person Exam Required - $130/1hr
This service is designed for individuals committed to making a meaningful, measurable change in both injury-related limitations and climbing performance. You will receive a structured, results-driven approach focused on resolving injury limitations and improving climbing performance. You will work through a one-on-one session centered on progress evaluation, targeted treatment, and climbing-specific movement work.
You will go through mobility and strength testing, hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercises, and on-the-wall climbing drills as needed to ensure direct transfer to performance. You will be assessed beyond the local injury site to evaluate the full kinetic chain, identifying underlying weaknesses and compensations that may be contributing to the issue.
You will also be guided on how to safely progress load using the equipment available to you, with a focus on preventing recurrence and building long-term, durable performance through a clear, progressive framework.
-
Initial Online Exam Required - $70/40min
You will begin with an initial online exam, a structured remote assessment focused on your injury and movement patterns. This evaluation is designed for climbers who want a deeper, more targeted understanding of their condition and is required before enrollment into the online program.
The exam includes a detailed review of your injury history, guided movement testing, initial exercise prescription, and climbing-specific analysis. It is designed to translate your current presentation into clear, actionable next steps and establish the foundation for your individualized plan.
Following the exam, you will receive a personalized, climbing-specific exercise and movement program delivered through an app—fully customized for YOU. The program will include targeted on-the-wall drills designed around your injury and any related compensations.
You will also have ongoing access to messaging support and video analysis throughout the duration of the program, allowing for continuous feedback, progression adjustments, and performance refinement.
-
Initial In-Person Exam Required - $130/1hr
You will begin with an in-person initial exam, which is required before enrollment into the hybrid program. This assessment establishes a detailed baseline through hands-on evaluation, movement testing, and climbing-specific analysis, ensuring your program is built on precise clinical and performance inputs.
Following the exam, you will enter a monthly online training program delivered through an app. This includes a fully personalized, climbing-specific exercise and movement plan with targeted on-the-wall drills designed around your injury, movement profile, and performance goals.
In addition to remote programming, you will have scheduled in-person follow-up sessions focused on reassessment, progress tracking, and program refinement. These touchpoints ensure ongoing calibration based on how your body is responding and performing in real-world climbing.
You will also have continuous access to messaging support and video analysis throughout the program, enabling real-time feedback, progression management, and ongoing performance optimization across both in-person and remote components.
-
You will receive online access to a self-directed, performance and injury-prevention training system designed for proactive climbers who want structured guidance without ongoing clinical oversight. This includes expert-designed mobility and strength programs built specifically for climbers, delivered one program at a time, along with curated recovery and performance guides. Each program is structured around common climbing injuries and movement limitations, as well as performance-focused protocols for mobility, strength, and injury prevention.
You will follow ready-to-use training systems built from real-world client outcomes and clinical application, organized into focused recovery pathways for both injury management and performance development.
The program is delivered digitally and includes a curated framework of mobility work, strength training, and climbing-specific movement principles. It is built to provide direction and consistency without individualized programming, messaging support, or case-by-case modifications.
-
You will receive an educational resource designed to help climbers better understand common injuries and make more informed decisions around pain, training, and recovery.
Each guide covers common climbing injuries, injury mechanisms, and general rehabilitation principles informed by clinical experience working with climbers. The content is designed to improve injury literacy by providing practical insight into why injuries occur, what factors may contribute to them, and how to approach recovery and load management more effectively.
These guides are educational in nature and intended to provide foundational direction and context, not individualized assessment or treatment.

Not every minor tweak requires a full treatment program! My advice here is that if your tweak is bothering you for >2 weeks and/or affecting how you’re climbing, it is time to get it checked out.
