Guided Training Programs
These online programs are structured climbing rehab and performance programs designed to guide both on-the-wall and off-the-wall training through the Everfit app. Each program includes guided exercises, movement drills, and built-in progressions focused on improving mobility, strength, movement quality, and climbing performance.
Within the app, you can follow exercise videos, save movements for reference, and adjust training days to fit your schedule while still following a structured progression.

Mobility Program
A 6-week structured program for climbers who feel stiff or restricted on the wall. Unlock smoother movement, stronger technique, and fewer injuries with guided mobility exercises built specifically for climbers.
Pulley Sprain/Partial Tear Program
A 6-week structured program for climbers who have been experiencing pain in the pulley area (A2-4). This program encompasses daily mobility/blood flow exercises in the beginning, followed by a progressive loading protocol and on the all movement drills to improve tissue tolerance and get back to owning crimps again.
Synovitis/Capsulitis Program
A 6-week structured program for climbers who have been experiencing pain in the finger joints. This program encompasses daily mobility/blood flow exercises in the beginning, followed by a progressive loading protocol and on-the-wall movement drills to tolerate long crimpy sessions without the aches and stiffness you feel the next day.
Hypermobility Program
A specialized 6-week training plan designed for climbers with hypermobility to build joint stability, improve control, and reduce injury risk. At the end of this program you should feel more confident in your climbing and spend less time worrying about your joint hypermobility.
TFCC Program
A 6-week structured program for climbers who have been experiencing pain in the in the TFCC or pinky sided wrist. This program encompasses mobility and stability exercises, followed by a progressive loading protocol and on-the-wall movement drills to tolerate climbing sessions with more wrist heavy movements such as slopers and mantles. Its not just about building strength in the wrist, instead we're building stability and proprioception to prevent future wrist injuries from occurring in the future.
