Programs

These programs are premade climbing rehab programs meant to follow along and provide guidance for on and off the wall exercises/drills via the everfit app. You are able to move days around and save exercises / videos. There are built in progressions throughout the week, so make sure you are always checking the workouts! Since this is offline, there are no modifications or messaging/video analysis support.

Mobility Program

A 6-week structured program for climbers who feel stiff or restricted on the wall. Unlock smoother movement, stronger technique, and fewer injuries with guided mobility exercises built specifically for climbers.

Hypermobility Program

A specialized 6-week training plan designed for climbers with hypermobility to build joint stability, improve control, and reduce injury risk. At the end of this program you should feel more confident in your climbing and spend less time worrying about your joint hypermobility.
